Terms for using KB Birds

These Terms of Service and Use govern your use of the KB Birds website and any related content, features, or services made available through the site. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Unless KB agrees otherwise in writing, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and King Movement, LLC regarding your use of the Website. KB may revise the Terms, the Website, and any posted policy at any time, and your continued use means you accept the latest version.

The intended purpose of the Website is to share notes, ideas, and media across five topics. By using the Website, you acknowledge that your use is consistent with that purpose. KB is not responsible for uses that fall outside that intended frame.

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized representative.
• A description of the work or material you believe has been infringed.
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material appears on the Website.
• Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner’s agent, or applicable law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.

The Website and its information are provided for general reference. KB does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or any specific outcome from using the Website or related services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KB is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, equitable, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website, including losses of profit, revenue, data, or use, even if KB has been advised that such damages are possible.

You agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KB regarding this Website and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings about the same subject matter.

KB may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

No waiver of any provision is effective unless made in writing by KB, and a waiver of one provision does not waive any other provision.
